Nine Lives Insurance Network was founded in 1987 by Dame Winifred Soot, who noticed that cats were falling off things and no one was writing it down. Today we protect over 61,000 cats across three regions and a number of cushions, with branches on the Upper Shelf and in the Cellar.
Our team includes Chief Actuary Humphrey Dapple, Chief Underwriter Gertrude Pettibone, Claims Officer Tobias Wheedle and Customer Comfort Officer Biscotti, a tuxedo who greets every visitor with an unhurried look.
